VALIDATE THE PROJECT

During 1 to 2 sessions, we will carry out an inventory . Take back what you have already achieved, look at where you are, work on your values, check if this project is really "the right one". If not, we will readjust quietly.

Once the project has been validated, for 2 to 3 sessions, we will set it up concretely, ie establish as an action plan with very specific tasks to be carried out . You will have a retro planning which will remain flexible and adapt.
